Follow this link to the posted agenda for this evening’s Board of Selectmen Meeting. There are several issues that may be of interest to neighbors of Flannagan Pond.
At 7:40, Mr. Nason, Head of the DPW, will include in his report an update of the status of Oak Ridge Drive repairs.
At 8:10, Mr. Pontbriand’s report will include an update on the Flannagan Pond Weed Treatment, which we all know is not good news.
Robert will also be discussing appointments to Boards and Commissions. This is a continuation of the discussion from the last meeting and it would be prudent for anyone who has expressed interest in serving in an official capacity to show up. Where can you make a difference? Conservation Commission, Dam & Pond Management Committee, Finance Committee, just to name a few.
I hope to see some of you there, as we revel in local affairs and air-conditioned comfort.

Update from Chuck’s field reporter. Oak Ridge drive is open for foot and vehicle traffic. All that needs to be done is the paving which will be done via an outside vendor.
